It was nice that LotRO put in the effort to celebrate Talk Like A Pirate Day this past weekend ... Feryn had fun dressing up, doing the quest and then, not so much fun combing the beach for lockers :)

So, what has Feryn been up to lately ... ?

A kin meeting ( nothing like big RP gatherings. Gotta love 'em ) ...



And she finally dinged 50. Very chuffed about that.

Elves... not gay

Glymthuil has very striking eyes. But still, elves are a little camp.

Aranys -- funkier, choppier, more battle scarred

Aranys has been wanting to get a haircut for some time now, and just hasn't managed to get an appointment at the Prancing Pony.

But last night, she was running around and saw, get this, a girl with the SAME dress and the SAME hairstyle, just in a different colour!

Well, that was the last straw! Off to the Prancing Pony she went, and here is the result. (She wasn't going to take on the copy cat -- Lvl 56).

Same Aranys, same big boobies. New hair. Also, she had her mole removed -- all that running around outdoors was just asking for metastatic melanoma!

GA and the new Expansion, book, patch ... um .... thing

So, we finally finished GA last week and it was so much fun ( thanks guys ), also went super-smoothly which is always good.




Also don't know how many of you have seen the various announcements for Lord of the Rings Online: Siege of Mirkwood but it does look promising ( will keep people busy until the Rohan expansion early next year ). More info here and official site here (good music)

Feryn does Fashion

Was The Grey Guards fashion show last night ... much fun was had looking at all the possibilities for a new kin uniform ...



... followed by the traditional Sinister Keg exit ...



Ended up in Forochel ... very pretty. Feeling a renewed desire to empty Feryn's quest log so I can head off there. So, hurry up folks ... Angmar awaits :)

In Memory of Glibli...

I deleted Glibli last night ... it was fun while it lasted but, as I told Mandy, it was like playing a big potato. In a fabulous hat.
